Carnival Uxmal excursion: broken foot and boxed lunch questions.

Hey there! I'm getting ready to book a Carnival excursion to Uxmal for the family. I currently have a broken foot, but hope it will be healed (?) by the cruise. I have a walking boot and a splint that I can use by itself or with the boot. I'm going for the history and for the 2 hour drive through Mexico as well as to see the ruins.

Two questions: If I just bum around Uxmal if my foot is still injured, do you see any reason why I couldn't go?

Also, what was in the boxed lunch?

Thanks.

We were there last week. Our tour guide was awesome!! There is a fair amount of walking but you don't have to climb the ruins if you don't want to. The bus ride was 1 1/2 hours long, the guided tour was about an hour and time to explore was about 50 minutes to an hour. The boxed lunch includes a small ham sandwich, a sweet bread, a bag of chips, an apple and a bottle of water.
