Free Wifi on Grand Cayman

I am travelling with a small group and one member of our group has an 8-year-old that would like to communicate (either by e-mail or Skype) back to her father here in the States.

Does anyone know if wifi is offered near the port? She could e-mail from the ship, but it's way too expensive.

We will also be travelling to Cozumel, if anyone has any info about wifi there...

Go to Paradise Beach in Cozumel. I think it is a $13 taxi ride from port (total, not per person). We saw a number of the ships personnel there with their laptops skyping all day! They said it has the best free wifi. It is a pay as you go place - $2 pp to get a chair and use their facilities, plus $12 pp if you want to use all their water toys (non motorized). We were there last month and would definitely go back!
