Pride of Aloha

I would like information about Pride of Aloha. The good and the bad. We are considering booking with NCL.

Oh yes, the NCL board is having a fabulous time with the Pride of Aloha. This is a new ship, with a new crew, and a new itinerary. The first reviews were horrid and then the ranting started. There are a few peole who have an axe to grind with NCL and are doing it "ad nauseum" on these posts. You may want to wait until the ship has been up and running a few months before reading the reviews. I think NCL has a great idea with the American flagged ship, but they need to work out some kinks.

Well, it's had the problems with the over-tired american crew, but hey, it hasn't exploded or sunk yet, so it's not all that bad :)

If you want to get incredibly detailed info on a POA cruise - Read MomofOne's 8 PART review on the NCL board. She points out good and bad points in a balanced way and provides TONS of useful info.

It is NOT a new ship. It was the NCL Sky until recently. I enjoyed a 16 day cruise on it last year.

I will stand corrected! The ship itself is not new- but everything and everyone on it is. I agree that MomofOne has written an excellent review that everyone thinking about this cruise should read.
