Half Moon Cay Bike and Kayak excursion

My husband and I are interested in the ship's Bike and Kayak excursion. If anyone has done this, can you tell me how difficult/strenuous an excursion it is - re the biking?? We don't want to be one of those couples that slow everyone else down but we'd really like to do this one - the kayaking is fine - we've done that many times before - it's the biking I'm concerned about.
