Infinity - Workout Equipment

Is there any age limit for use of the workout equipment aboard the Infinity. I have a teenager (16) who will be missing the start of football with our July cruise and wants to be sure he is keeping up with the weightlifting requirements while on the cruise. Some of the cruise lines we have previously traveled on had an age limit for the workout area. Can anyone give me info on Celebrity? Thanks

I seem to recall the minimum age being 16 so your son should be OK. For a cruise ship the Infinity has one of the best gyms I have see with a nice selection of weight training machines. There is also a free weight area with a decent selection of dumbells. However, if you son is in to heavy lifting there are no barbells or olympic benches or anything of that nature.
