How can I be sure I DON'T get castaway girl for NCL excursion?

I have booked a cat sail through cruise, have twice got a great guy, Captain D..? Then last time booked same "champagne sail and snorkel" and got snippy bratty crew from castaway girl.:( I want the good captain (whose name I can't remember) and not the bad ship. Can anyone help me be sure to get the captain we like?
