Key West with two kids

We hope to be traveling in January '07 on the Enchantment with our two well traveled kids (girl 12 boy 8) . Any suggestions on a family friendly excursion? We love sightseeing, shopping, beaching and just about anything. Thanks:)

We go to KW each winter. This year with our 8 year old I took her to the butterfly conservatory and the Pirate Soul Museum. She liked both:)

Plenty of shopping on Duval Street.

If you're there in the evening Sunset at Mallory Square is a must.
