We will become diamond members half way through our next cruise. What benefits do you get for being diamond? And will we be upgraded during or after the cruise. Will be trvelling on serenade thanks

Molly361 is quite correct, your upgrade will happen after completion of your cruise. However, you should seek out the Serenade Diamond Ambassador and see if they'd be prepared to show you round the facilities in offer .. then ask if they could upgrade you .. you just might get lucky. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Good luck!!

It would be the Loyalty Ambassador. Just be prepared as several have complained that they were summarily dismissed when asking that the rules be broken for them. Some have met with success.
