Extreme elegance limo- no show

Never heard of them. Maybe that's why.

We used extreme elegance limo service in Galveston this past week. At pick up the driver never held up a card w/name on it. We had to go to several diff limos to see if it was for us. He just got out and smoked a cig. Never talked to us. on Debarkation, they were supposed to pick us up at cruise terminal between 10:00-10:30am. At 12:00 we gave up and took a cab to airport. Cab driver said that happens often. A private sedan costs 75.00 ex tip. the cab was 70.00 ex tip to Hobby. Will never use them again. GAlveston limo had a driver w/sign when we exited the building and the "vans" were waiting. Just a little info to think about before you plan your next cruise out of Galveston.

Did you call them when you were getting off the ship? aLWAYS CONFIRM. I have always called my pick up ride when my olor is called. That way by the time I am walking off the ship they should be there.
