Carnival Website Problems?

I have had absolutely no luck accessing my account on Carnival's website the past few days. When I tried to reset my password (several times), all I got was the message reading "Web address you entered could not be found." has anyone else had this problem; is there something I'm doing wrong?

Yes I emailed support@carnival.com I have had the same problems and they emailed me back with the correct link.
