Just trying to put all my ducks in a row and get all my questions answered before we cruise in March.

Anyone here know where there is free public wifi in San Juan?

How bout Senor Frog's right across the street from the pier? Can't get closer than that.

Otherwise...Starbucks up the street, I believe a small public park near the pier and various bars and restaurants. Plenty of access.

That could be the Senor Frog signal. Although, when I was there in November, Senor Frogs gave me the password when I went in for drinks. Could be once you have the password you could still pick up their signal when back on the ship.
