Zumba on the Allure

Read somewhere that Zumba classes are being offered on the Allure.

Anyone back from a recent sailing to confirm that.

I was on the 8/28 Allure sailing. There were several Zumba classes held.

One in the Aqua Theatre. The others on the Royal Promenade. Titled "Zumba Dance Class with Elise".

Just returned from Allure this past Sunday. Zumba was offered a few times during the cruise.

On the Allure August 21st trip, Zumba with Elise was offered twice. The first time it was supposed to be in the Aqua Theater but it was raining (Hurricane Irene) so I thought it was cancelled, but it was moved to the Promenade at the last minute, so I didn't make it :( . The second time I had other plans, so missed it again. Would have loved to go. Sorry I can't tell you any details about the class, but I can confirm they were offered. They are listed in the Daily Compass!! Keep an eye out for them.

Royal Caribbean is certifying crew members to teach their zumba classes. They havent taught a day in their life until teaching on the ship. My class on my Royal Caribbean Cruise last week was horrible. It wasn't fun at all. I was glad to get back home to my wonderful zumba instructors I have locally that know what they are doing.
