Fareviewer - Price Drop

I was told if you check with fareviewer and the price is lower than your total cost of trip (I booked ES), you would qualify for a price reduction or OBC. Do they consider the total cost of trip with or without government taxes and fees? :confused:

The numbers produced by FareViewer are without taxes and fees so that's what you need to work with, cruise fare only.
