Who would I email at CCL about a shore excursion ?

I am interested in the Croyden Plantation tour in Montego Bay. When I look at the list of shore excursions, it is listed, but when I log into my account and look at the list, it is not offered. I checked the Croyden Plantation website and they offer tours on Tue., which is the day we will be in MoBay. Our ports did change on this cruise, MoBay was added, is it possible they just don't have it all updated yet? Is there someone at Carnival I could email to find out if it will be offered? I would appreciate any assistance...Thanks!!
