Bus from FCO to Rome...

I plan to take a bus from FCO (I think its called Terra?) but I read on a website that busses only alow ONE piece of luggage PER PERSON - and that includes carry on's as well if I read correctly:

"one suitcase or one piece of hand luggage on the condition they do not exceed 90 cm by 90cm..."

Is this true?

The bus service is Terravision.

I used them recently (about a month ago). No one counted how many pieces of luggage you put below in the storage area. We kept our carry-ons with us and just held them in our laps during the trip. The overhead storage inside the bus is not large at all, certainly not large enough for the typical US-sized carry-ons.
