Cultural Centre Pontoon?

Hi everyone

Can you tell me, in Brisbane, how far from where the Rhapsody of Seas will dock is the Cultrual Centre Pontoon? Is it walkable?

The Rhapsody of Seas will dock at the grain terminal at Fishermans Island which is at the mouth of Brisbane River. Impossible to walk to the Cultural Centre which is close to the CBD.

You will need to take one on the ships shuttles into the city and then make your way to the CC (I presume you are looking at catching ferry to Lone Pine).

You may care to looke here:

30ish minute bus to wherever the shuttle bus drops you off in town. Then potentially up to fifteen min walk to cultural centre bus station- someone who has been on the shuttle would know where they drop passengers. I would assume perhaps the top of Queen St near the casino... but that is just a guess. Someone will know more.

(PS the ferry stop is called South Bank- Cultural Centre refers to the busway station- the two are a five minute walk from each other. Alternatively, to save walking over Victoria Bridge, catch a ferry from North Quay, which is the CBD side of the river).

I'm just a local, I haven't done this as a cruise passenger by the way.

Yes we are looking at the Mirimar Cruise to Lone Pine, do you have a recommendation on the best way to get Cultural Centre Pontoon?
