Can Solo Traveler Share Suite Benefits?

I have booked a Penthouse Suite on NCL Dawn in December and will be cruising solo for the first time. One of the perks NCL provides to suite occupants is the option to eat breakfast and lunch at Cagney's. Since I have paid 200% for the suite, I'm wondering if I would be able to have someone accompany me to meals in Cagney's. There is a possibility a friend will also be on this cruise and sharing breakfast or lunch occasionally at Cagney's would be nice. I thought I'd try this board before contacting NCL. Thanks!
