I would not expect there to be enough bandwidth...

I would not expect there to be enough bandwidth for it to work. Doing it on land with a high-speed connection is one thing, but doing it on a ship at sea is quite different.

Formal wear isn't required in the MDR on formal nights, so many would simply not dress formally on formal nights. Formal wear IS required in Grande EVERY night.

While we could eat in the same dining room at the same time with the same waitstaff every night with DD, it would mean we'd have the same menu every night. :(
