If you are boarding from the Colon pier, then sure. If you are doing a partial transit and exiting the ship in Lake Gatun, you have to tender....that could be an issue.

There really is no problem with getting drinks....they have cut back on waitstaff...so that might be an issue, but it's an issue for EVERYONE...not just those with packages!
