If you are on a ship's excursion, they will tell you when and where to meet....then you will go as a group.

If you have a private excursion, you will meet them OFF the ship at the time and place...

When we're at a bar, and getting our own drinks (not table service), we generally tip $1 per order....that's usually 2 beers....depending on the price of...

Pretty sure it's too late...just wait and do something nice when they return home. There may be a way, but it's likely whatever you try to do or send will not get to them until the cruise is over.
