Just a caution...the taxis charge for bags transported, so if you allow them to put your carryon bags into the trunk with the larger bags, they may charge you as much as 15 euros each. Keep them on...

I think you still have to be 21 to book on Costa and MSC, but you can book solo at 18 on Cunard and P&O. Carnival is the only line with the 25 in cabin policy. All others it is 21. EM

It wasn't the lines breaking, but the bits on the dock that the lines are tied to pulled out. Shipyard liability issue. This happened to another ship (MSC, I think) in Mallorca a few years ago. EM
