NYC is our port of choice. We usually arrive 11:30 ish to noon. We have never encountered more than about a 20 minute wait. They usually have their act together at the NYC Port Terminal.

The Manhattan Cruise Terminal has their act together for both embarkation and disembarkation. We have done two recent cruises through this terminal and never encountered any sort of problems. :)
