I would check on the NCL board for their policy. Generally, it is very expensive for sports feeds, so they are limited to major events like the Super Bowl.

I agree with Keith. Due to a number of issues, you aren't always off the ship fast and early. If you are going to keep the 11:30 flight, a more secure ride would be very helpful.

The scenery is 360 degrees. So there really isn't a "best" side of the ship. Plus, you aren't locked in your cabin- you are out and about, all over the ship.
