Silversea and Seabourn would definitely qualify...

Silversea and Seabourn would definitely qualify as higher quality than Cunard. However, their routes are somewhat limited and very seasonal. But check them out.

A quick search on the board would reference to several stores, including a Carrefour Express about 5 or six blocks from the "Fort" entrance with a pretty reasonable selection of wines.
