We were very happy with the Hotel Lleo in Barcelona. Great location, large rooms, moderate price, modern bathrooms, helpful front desk staff.
We live in Wisconsin, have cars with fobs, no problems leaving the then 9 year old car in our garage for over a month last winter.
What temperature do you consider warm enough?
We love sitting in a hot tub in cool (even really cold) weather.
We've gone on lots of trips ranging from 3-8 weeks and our cars have been fine.
I'm 67, wear a size 8-10, but hate my flap-in-the-breeze upper arms, so don't wear sleeveless.
Just my personal comfort level.
We've sailed on 3 of the small Oceania ships, but not that itinerary.

Oh, good--my 10 year old granddaughter just "finger knit' me a long skinny scarf from some beautiful yarn.
DH downloaded an audio tour for about $5, IIRC. I don't recall the website.
If you want to Google it, you may want to use the official name, Grand Central Terminal, not Station.
On the way to NYC, I'd base my flight decision on whichever airport had the cheapest non-stop flights.
Home from Cape Liberty, I'd fly from NYC.
For DD's wedding, I bought a dress with lace on the sleeves and along the shoulders.
My flesh colored bras showed, so my great-niece suggested clear straps.
Worked great; unless you were about 3"...
I prefer not to cruise near Xmas, which we don't celebrate, so I'm not inundated with Xmas. Just our personal preference.
Check Home 2 Suites in Long Island City, Queens.
It's a reasonable cab ride from LGA and a short subway ride to Manhattan.
For a car service, consider Dial 7, Carmel, and Allstate.
Find another place to stay! The Hotel Pennsylvania is a DUMP.
In the theater district, we've had good meals at Basera (Indian), China Green, Pongsri Thai, Kashkaval Gardens (Mediterranean), and Thalia (only been there for brunch).
Zagat's gives Sardi's 18/30...
Although we've never been to Elizabeth, from LGA, we've used Carmel and Dial 7 to other locations.
When more than one person uses a pay-per-ride card, I wouldn't bother passing it from one to another at a turnstile. It can be shared by up to 4 people.
Whichever person has been appointed keeper of...
For a domestic flight, I'd want to be there 2 hours in advance, 3 hours for an international flight.
I'd leave an hour for travel.
What are you planning to do from disembarkation until the car...
I'd pick whichever airport had the cheapest non-stop flight.
From JFK to Manhattan, a taxi is a set fare of $52.80; with tip and tolls, figure on ~$70.
From LGA, cabs are on the meter, so cost will...
