I think it's great to be able to book a multi-day tour in St. Petersburg without having to pay a deposit! I have booked a number of private tours that had to be paid in full before I left home.

I book the cabin that I think is the best value. In 25 cruises, only 4 have been in balcony cabins - and 2 of those were free upgrades. I'd much rather go on a longer trip or travel more freqnently...
