The Christmas cruise is going to be interesting then. A significant number of the check-ins in New York are World Club elite. Sometimes the VIP line is longer than the serf line.

You can fill several glasses and fill the water bottle from those, however. They'd rather wash 2 or 3 glasses than risk contamination from an unclean bottle.

Not sure I'm looking forward to this. The number of Princess passengers who rise to elite guest levels on the basis of 3 and 4 day itineraries probably would overwhelm a Cunard officers' cocktail...

I think it's shot with a wide angle lens but I know where to stand to get that perspective.

Last year we were FTTF (so priority disembarkation) and I think we were in the car around 11 AM. No way I'd do a 12:20 flight unless I was self-disembarking.

In my experience they hold back certain watch brands until a couple of days into the cruise so they can promote a big premiere event. I don't remember if the prices varied during the voyage.
