The virgin Lava Flows we got were not included in the soda package, unfortunately. And we only really got those drinks for them in Dizzy's, so not sure if other locations...

They didn't mention the concierge much this time, but I know my SIL has used it quite a bit on past cruises, and has enjoyed it quite a bit. And they loved being in the FS, as did we the few times...
