I remember getting off a Cost cruise in Cartagena and seeing soldiers w/guns!! This really freaked us out, especially cuz they all looked about 17 or 18 years old and very serious. I wasn't sure whether to smile or make eye contact with them - I figured they would probably shoot first and ask questions later?? I would not give teenagers big guns to carry around - not a good mix!
