Can anyone tell me what the different restaurants on the Epic charge?

Hibachi grill , Steakhouse , Sushi, Italian .? First time on NCL. Just booked the Epic. Thanks

You mean Teppanyaki. Hibachi is a traditional Japanese heater used to keep rooms warm in the winter. As a fan of Teppanyaki, I can't say that the ones on NCL are particularly good. They utilize Chinese style ingredients and the chefs tend to be Filipinos with little understanding of Japanese gastronomy.
