Pick your perk extended

It's amazing how they have managed to get everyone excited about paying higher prices.

That's what I thought! If it's not a computer glitch I just found out that both the South America 2015 and 2016 repo cruises from Valparaiso to Florida have tripled (!! ) their prices for balcony cabins compared to this year's cruise.

Let's see if that's a new policy or if prices will fall to something affordable again.

it doesn't apply to all sailings. we haven't been able to find a trans atlantic or trans pacific yet that we could get the perk on, although there are SOME, just not ALL.

No 123 perk on TA because we had it last year on both east and west bound, and drank the boat dry, sorry :p

There is an offer "on select sailings, additional guests in your stateroom could sail FREE or up to 50% off"

It doesn't seem to apply for my March 7, 2015 sailing though

It does apply :D

We lost the drinks and internet for the children but we are still better off.

This cruise planning thing is so much fun. The cruise itself can only be excellent at this rate

Just saved about $2000.00 on my August 10th Med. sailing. We have a family veranda with five of us in the room. The rate for the first two went up, but passengers 3-5 are free except the $72.00 in taxes each. Still was able to receive the free bev. package too. Only thing I lost from the original booking was a $100.00 on board credit from an early booking promotion.

I don't think you'll see them on TAs because they don't make much money on the cruise. They have to discount them because, at usual rates plus the air, it would price alot of the cruisers out of the market. We booked the TA on the Silohuette in April, a few weeks ago. $60 per day, all taxes and fees included, for a balcony is a real deal. Throw in the $225 obc from the online travel agent, and we couldn't pass it up. Also if you noticed, the new future cruise credit are $50-$100 versus $300 for a regular cruise of the same length.

------ Our cruise Fare Price Promise

You can rest assured that we offer unbeatable value. In fact, if you book a 2015/16 sailing before 30 April 2014, and we reduce the cruise fare after you have booked (air fare and other items not included), we’ll give you back the difference. For more details refer to the Terms & Conditions below or talk to a Celebrity Cruises Personal Cruise Specialist on 0844 493 2043 (UK) or 1800 932 611 (ROI).

Good news that we have it in writing that if there is a reduction to the cruise fare, then they will refund the difference!
