Hi, I'm a first time poster here.

This is my first cruise traveling with my children, it's going to be a whole different kind of "vacation," I'm hoping still great, of course.

I'm wondering if anyone knows the brand of hot and cold tea that are available?

Are we permitted to bring a case or 2 of water on board?

Any other tips for health nuts with food sensitivities?

No idea on the brand of iced tea; it's already made and in a pitcher.

For hot tea, I saw both Harney & Sons and Twinings.

You can bring water, but you are supposed to carry it on according to the HAL know before you go information.

The water right out of the tap on HAL ships is just fine for drinking. Bring some empty bottles to fill if you wish.

HAL provides both PG Tips and Bigelow (numerous choices) hot tea bags at the Lido Market Beverage Stations as well as hot chocolate:

I'd be careful about that. They can enforce the carry on policy. They don't always do it, but you could wind up having to carry on whatever you bring. You can always spread your carry on soda out and bring on some at each port so as not to have to break it all on at initial embarkation.
