No, sorry, you must wait until you get onboard the ship. No way to do it in advance.

Not that I know of. We always call the specialty restaurant from our cabin upon arrival and have a couple of dates and times in mind. This is probably the second thing we do......

I think there are staff sitting at the various specialty restaurants and you can go there and get reservations also. Not sure on this tho.

No, you have to be on board. he phone in yor cabin will have a button labeled "Dine". Press it to be connect to reservations.

As others have stated, you have to be on board. They usually have a table set up somewhere that handles thais or you can dial the dining line.

Unless you want a formal night, and sometimes not even then, there is never a problem getting a reservation. Most of the time you can pass by and see many empty tables.
