Password Issues: Use this link to: Get a New Password

If you've forgotten your password and you utilize the password retrieval system within the boards, here's something you should know.

The password you will be sent by the system will NOT be your original password.

Instead, you will be sent a numeric password. This numeric password is temporary. It is only good for 24 hours. It will enable you access so that you may RESET your own password once you are logged on.

Since you only have 24 hours, be sure to check your Spam or Bulk mail box for the e-mail from Cruise Critic if you do not see it in your regular mail box. Also, are you using a spamblocker that would require *us* to validate e-mails sent to you? That's something we just cannot do because of the volume of mail we send out.

To RESET your password, once you have logged on with your temporary numeric password:

Click USER CP (located on the nav bar, top of boards)
Choose the Edit E-mail and Password link.
Fill in the corresponding information for a new password.

- If you are unable to reset your password using the above link and would like us to reset it for you, send an e-mail to: help@cruisecritic.com and include the following:

- Cruise Critic User Name
- Desired password
- Be sure to send your e-mail from your e-mail address of record with Cruise Critic
