Default Dream Cove Balcony

Hi!

We haven't sailed Carnival in years. Can someone please explain the 7C Cove Balcony. Is this a different type of balcony? Enclosed or open?

Thanks!

There are many threads about Cove balconies, one recent one called Cove Balconies for dummies, and threads with pictures if you want to look at them.

A cove balcony is a balcony low to the water which is built into the hull, so if the waves are bigger it can be closed it so water doesnt splash onto your balcony. It is more obstructed in that its metal with a smaller area to look out. The whole balcony isnt open like a balcony on higher decks.
