This is the 1st time we are sailing from the Pam Am pier. Have done it from Pier downtown before with ease. How easy or hard is it to get our selves checked in and luggage aboard then go into old San Juan for as couple of hours? Do we get to avoid check-in lines when we return to the ship? Any ideas of cab fares?
Thanks to all |

We arrived at 10:45 for checkin last month, and were some of the first on the ship, within an hour of our arrival. I would much rather be there early than to come even an hour later, since it starts to get crowded in the hot and humid weather. I just wanted to emphasize the importance of arriving early, so you can have more time to enjoy OSJ.

Cab fare from Pan Am pier to OSJ should be $10 for up to 5 people in a cab.
