Default The Wine Cellar on the Star

Do they have wine tasting in the Wine Cellar on the Star. I like to try some wines before I buy a bottle and that would be the best way to do it.

No they don't and I couldn't imagine it either unless they charged for it. I can just see all the people lined up for freebie samples just like they do on the first night for duty free booze and never buy anything.

We did the NCL U wine tasting at Le Bistro, the head wine steward was there. I'd imagine they would take care of you if you asked. In my experience they pretty much did whatever you asked as long as it was halfway reasonable. We tasted a bunch of French wines.

Also, we took advantage of bringing several of our own bottles on board with us; can't beat it for making sure you have what you want.

I did not expect the wine tasting to be free. We have gone to many wine tastings and there is usually a charge to try a certain amount of different wines. We enjoy this because we can taste the different wines and decide which ones we want to purchase. I am sure there are many who would be looking for "freebies" but that is not what I meant. Sorry you misunderstood.
