I haven't unpacked but I think I brought 2 back, we only used 1 coupon.

If you haven't received one by this weekend when I unpack - I will try to find one of them for you.

I wouldn't pay $20 for this coupon book.

So, what are these coupon books? Where do they originate. Why would they be selling on ebay?

I think it's tacky that folks are proffiting from a freebie
I had two of these books and
Gave then both away for free
It is not the passport to savings
Book. It's one given by certain travel agents
Expiration date 12/31/09

One coupon was $40 off a spa treatment

Didn't realize they were so valuable.

I had two and threw them both in the trash when I left the CB Sunday.

Most coupons were for the spa, art auction and photo upgrades - not items I was interested in this time.

There are two casino coupons but I kept my pledge to stay out of the casino this trip.

And before you ask - despite not using the coupons

I had a great trip and there was lots to do

Not necessarily. They are usually a group incentive given by travel agents. Not everyone on a cruise gets them. Though - it seems to be a popular group incentive gift given by my agent as I usually get them.

Ther are 2 kinds of "coupon books".
One is the Princess "Passport to Savings". It is in every cabin and is a gimmick to get you to buy in the ship's giftshops- ie get 10% off jewerly over $200. IMHO, they are junk.

The one Travel Agents can give are only given on certain itineraries and for booking within certain time limits. These are the "good" ones people want with the 2 for 1 coffee coupons, etc.

I looked and I have 2 of the "good ones" which I will not be using because they expire 12/31/09. I don't know who that posted here has found one and who hasn't. If someone still needs one I will send it to you. Send me an e-mail at Sunviking48 at yahoo dot com with the relevant address.
