Default Dream or Freedom

About ready to book, but still not 100% convinced I should book an interior room on Dream for more money than I could do 8 day balcony on Freedom. HELP

8-day balcony on the Freedom vs. inside on the Dream... Normally I'd say go for the balcony, then again I am booked on the Dream nine days in an inside in just a few weeks (but on that one I was willing to pay more because it was a special one-time itinerary and I'm sailing with a fun group of friends.)

As far as the Freedom, I sailed her in May 2009 and really enjoyed her. If you're a Fish n Chips lover, remember the Freedom has that whereas the Dream doesn't.

On the other hand, the Dream has the new pasta and burrito bars if those are of interest to you.

Truthfully, I would go for the Freedom. Balcony over interior anyday, in our book. (balcony snobs here!) Freedom is a great ship, as I am sure Dream is. IF you get an 8 day cruise over a 7 day, plus a balcony, that is the way I would go. How are the itineraries? We always try to go for "new" ports we have never been to before. Does this add into your equation?

HI...Freedom goes into dry dock at the end of this month. They might be adding the pasta and burrito bars
