Question No More Open View On Deck 4?

Is the Deck 4 open view on previous Voyager and Freedom class ships no longer available on Oasis & allure. I loved to walk the length of the ship while looking out to the ocean. Sitting in one of the loungers while reading and book and raising my head every few moments to take in the view. Looks like this view is obscured by the lifeboats. Anyone have more info on this? Thanks in advance.

From my talk with Scott Wilson (Architect who worked on the ship) he said that deck is open and is the actual jogging track. Yes its blocked by the lifeboats but he said there are alot of open gaps including the area where all the inflatable life rafts are. It'll be interesting to finally see photo's of that area....

I actually told him that my only disappointment is that there wasn't an open Promenade deck like the Freedom Class, especially the part of the deck that hangs over the side of the ship about the same distance as cantilevered whirlpools. I was one of my favorite parts of Liberty:
