Internet access off ship

We will be on the Coral Princess for the 15 day Panama Canal cruise departing December 7. Our ports are: Cabo San Lucas, Acapulco, Huatulco, Puntarenas, Puerto Amador, Cartagena, and Aruba. I think the internet costs on ship are pretty steep but would like to keep up with email. Can anyone suggest options off ship for the ports listed? Or a place on the internet where I could find this sort of information easily?
