Internet cafe in Grand turks ? URGENT

My daughter needs to register On-Line for her college courses while we are in Grand Turk on the Carnival Glory...is there an internet cafe on shore ?

Why can't she use the internet cafe' on the ship?

Bohio Resort has wireless internet services for guests. Go there on a day pass and I'm sure you could use their connection.

I'll bet other resorts/bars also have internet for customers as well.

And according to This Website there is an internet center at the cruise terminal.

Jack's Shack has free internet just 500 Meters up the beach and has laptops she can use.
