Totally correct and the port charges for GSC are around $15.00 per person and if the stop is skipped for any reason you should get the $15.00 per pax immediately as an OBC.

We just got back from the Sky- not able to go to GSC because of swells- no refund of any charges

I was just on the Jewel and we had to skip GSC because of the weather. They tried to get to Nassau but were denied so we ended up going to Freeport instead.
