Hi Guys,
This is Benjamin, I recently visited the Country By the Sea Tea Room with my mom for Valentine's Day and was thoroughly pleased with our visit. Our hostess, Jan, welcomed us with grace and style. Our table was set with lovely 'Bee' Tableware and she even prepared special treats for all the customers to enjoy just for Valentine's Day. Our soup was fresh and homemade, our tea sandwich plates overflowing with delights and our teas were aromatic and overflowing. Our cups were never empty and our service was homespun and wonderful. Despite our full bellies, we enjoyed the delicious homemade desserts. We will return and we look forward to our visits in this Gem by the Sea!

Laura, I need to point out that on Celebrity, "Elegant Tea" is only offered to Elite passengers with 10 points (usually 10 cruises so on your 11th unless you have extra points for a Suite or longer cruise). On the 4 and 5 night Century cruises they do not even offer afternoon tea in the Dinning room and on our last Celebrity cruise had the entire dinning made up for their 18 Elite passengers that showed up. The only option for the rest of the 1,800 or so passengers was the buffet line. This is a Celebrity weakness.

HAL has the best Tea on the Sea as far as we have encountered and everyone is invited to the Dinning room at 3:00pm each day as well as Royal Dutch Tea, and Indonesian Tea with the waiters in the dress from their home country.
