Yes, there is a Baby Zone on Oasis. I haven't received the actual pictures of it yet (still waiting) but it was there in the renderings. And they talked about it on the Oasis Videos.
There is a Baby Splash Zone and there is a Nursery - a first for Royal Caribbean.
