Has anyone booked with johann and sandra tours.

Just wanting to book the Las Caletas Beach Day ON LINE from Australia with Johann and Sandra tours. Has anyone been to Las Caletas with this company and are they safe to book with????

What about the cancellation policy if the ship arrives late into Puerto Vallarta, are you refunded if something goes wrong and the tour is missed??????
