Talking Check-In

I know this is probably asked and answered somewhere here, and I know that I have probably already seen this answer before when I felt the need to know everything about cruising before my 1st cruise. But I can't find it now, so please help.

My cousins and I are taking a 3 day cruise on Paradise. We are all getting to the dock at different times. We are sharing a room. Do we have to wait for all of us to be present before we can board???

no you can check in and get your room key etc....people can normally board separately(unless there is another reason they can't- like one person in the room has to be 21).

Luckily, we're all well beyond 21...

The only other reason I can think of is if you are using the same credit card and don't want to take care of it onboard. Just remember that everyone needs their own funpass when checking in seperately.

they can also use a different card to get on board and then go to the front desk and change it later. Everyone needs a separate fun pass when they get on board. There is no reason to wait around outside. get on board and change the credit card later.
