Thumbs up Addicted to Disney

We sailed on the Disney Magic for our first ever cruise to the Western Caribbean last month and the entire experience was above and beyond our greatest expectations!!!!!

I want to first thank all of the past disney cruisers for all of the great advice that is shared here, everyone is very knowledgeable and I would consider you a great source of information.

We stayed at the Hyatt in the Orlando Airport, the convenience was well worth the extra $$$.

The disney ground transportation was great as well as the on-board air-line check in. My DH was thrilled that he never had to touch our many bags ( I packed way tooooo many clothes) from the time that we left home until we arrived back.

The staff from the terminal to everyone on the ship were so polite and helpful. The ship was totally amazing and sooo clean. I just cannot say enough. My DD's could not get enough of the children's programs.

I hope to write a review soon but anyone considering a disney cruise it is entirely worth every dime. Eastern Caribbean is on our radar for 2011. I believe that even my DH is also now addicted to cruising with Mickey, as I found him making Mickey Mouse heads out of ketchup on our DD's plates just like our servers!!!

Thumbs up

If you enjoyed the Western itinerary, you're going to LOVE the Eastern! Maybe it's just a personal preference, but we really enjoyed St. Martin and St. Thomas much more than Grand Cayman/Cozumel.

The ships are in amazingly good condition and are kept clean and neat by a dedicated hard-working crew. The staterooms are spacious, and we love the split bathroom concept.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise, and look forward to your full review.

Your not alone in your addiction

It has happened to most of us too. Right from the first cruise we were hooked too

I am afraid ther is NO cure

The only thing to help get through the withdrawals once you get off the ship is to have another cruise booked!

Looking forward to your report. I just returned from our 20th DCL cruise and am working on a report too.

Kathy

Default We all know the feeling!!!

Addiction is an understatement! It has been an obsession for me since our first Disney Cruise!! We are booked for the Alaskan cruise for 2011 and I am wanting so much to take the Dream cruise in the same year. It's just way too expensive though. My DW who wasn't a disney fan until the last cruise would not get on any cruise but the Disney. Every time I initiate a conversation about the upcoming Disney cruise my DW would say, "Ok, everybody, let's all keep quiet, Daddy has something to say something really important!!"
