We're flying in the night before and are taking Disney transportation to the Pop Century and then to the Magic the next morning. Is there anywhere at the airport to pick up a bottle of wine to take onboard? Someplace at the airport or on the Disney property? I really would prefer not to pack a bottle of wine in my checked luggage if this can be avoided.
Thanks for your help.

There used to be a place called Florida Market inside MCO, but they closed up some time ago. They carried a selection of wines from a local vineyard, Lakeridge Winery. I haven't seen any others in the airport since they left.
![]() Many of the WDW resort "convenience stores" do carry beer, wine and some liquors.

The gift shop by the lobby and the counter service restaurant by the pool at the Animal Kingdom Lodge have a great selection of wine. It's a great resort to visit to see the animal's and/or have dinner at Boma or Jiko.

I bought a bottle of Merlot at the Contemporary resort at the marketplace a couple of weeks ago for $12.00. I don't know about White wine as it was in the cooler

Lakeridge Winery wines are vile. Seriously, given my choice of Barefoot or Lakeridge, I'll take Barefoot, so that tells you something.
The markup at Disney seems to run 200% in the shops, up to 300% in the restaurants. Outrageous. Unfortunately there are no decent wine shops anywhere close to Disney. ABC won't exactly "deliver" to your room, but you can order wine to be shipped via FedEx to your hotel, and the hotel will deliver to your room. Keep in mind that the wine can only be brought to your room when you or another person over the age of 21 is there to sign for it--that's Florida State law. I'd suggest using a wine shipper and check it as luggage, or if it's a small 1-2 bottle shipper, pack it in your suitcase if you want to bring something from home. They are designed to withstand Fed Ex/UPS and airplane cargo handling, so your wine will be fine in it. Also the styropack will help protect against temperature extremes. I brought a case as achecked luggage home from Washington State a few months ago and it arrived completely intact, and I've had a good 20 cases of wine shipped to me this year alone in cardboard shippers, never a problem.
