Room service will deliver coffee 24 hours a day. Additionally, each evening your cabin steward (whose name will probably not be Stewart  ) will leave you a card for room delivered continental breakfast. You fill out the card and hang it on the outside of your door and whatever your ordered will be delivered in the AM. There are "time frames" (ie. 700am to 730am; 730am to 800am) on the card for you to check. If you want your coffee earlier than pre-printed just write it in and it will arrive as directed. Just make certain when ordering off the card that you write in everything you will need or want. Room service has been know to deliver cereal with no milk as it wasn't checked on the card.
